Before first use, wash with water and neutral detergent. Dry it at once to avoid stains, grease the internal area with oil or fat and heat it for a couple of minutes. Let it cool and wash again. Avoid contact with hot pot and chilly water. This pot can be placed in the dishwasher. Place the pan correctly inside the dishwasher, respecting the distance between products to avoid shocks and scratches. After the wash cycle ends, dry the pan at once. Always match the size of the bottom of the pan to the stove flame or heat source. Do not let the empty pan overheat. THE PAN HANDLES ARE NOT ISTHERMIC AND CAN REACH HIGH TEMPERATURES. Use thermal gloves to manage it if necessary. Do not use abrasive products. Give preference to nylon, silicone or wooden utensils.
