We want you to love what you ordered – but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got your back. At Mundial Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return most new and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how our return process works:

🔁 Returns for New and Unused Products

You may return products that are new, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of the original delivery date. Here’s how it works:

  • Returned items must be in new condition, with all original packaging materials, including manuals and printed documents.
  • Products that are used, worn, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
  • Each return must be sent back in saleable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • A flat Shipping & Handling Fee of $10.00 per item will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Mundial Inc. will provide a prepaid return shipping label for each item being returned.
🚚 Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If the product you received was incorrect, damaged, or defective, we’re here to help.

  • Please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order.
  • Mundial Inc. will issue a prepaid return label and cover the cost of returning the item.
  • We will send you a replacement product at no additional charge once we receive and verify the original item.
💰 Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account after we’ve received your returned product.
  • We reserve the right to inspect and verify the returned product prior to issuing a refund or exchange, especially in cases of claimed defects or damage.
